Safety and Regulatory Instructions relates to the following products: ALE-300 Enterprise DeskPhone (ALE-300), ALE-400 Enterprise DeskPhone (ALE-400), ALE-500 Enterprise DeskPhone (ALE-500), ALE-100 Keyboard (ALE-100), ALE-140 Customization Kit (ALE-140), ALE-120 Key Expansion Module (ALE-120), ALE-150 SWB Corded Handset (ALE-150), ALE-160 WB Cordless Handset (ALE-160), ALE-161 WB Cordless Handset Battery Pack (ALE-161), ALE-108 Wireless Module (ALE-108), ALE-110 Wall Mounting Kit (ALE-110).
Read carefully before use of these equipments.
Changes or
modifications to the equipment not expressly approved by the party responsible
for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Magnets could affect the functioning of pacemakers and implanted heart
defibrillators. Keep a safe distance between your pacemaker or implant
defibrillator and the handset which includes magnetic elements: 4 centimeters
(1.6 inches) at least.
To limit the risk of interference, people
with pacemakers must keep the wireless telephone away from their equipment
(minimum distance of 15 cm/6 inches).
It is recommended to follow the standard acceptance procedures before
using this equipment in human safety critical areas (hospitals…).
The handset includes magnetic elements that may attract sharp metallic objects.
To prevent injury, before each use ensure sharp metallic objects are not stuck
to the earpiece and microphone.
Avoid using phones (other than cordless type) during an electrical
storm. There may be a remote risk of electric shock from lightning.
Do not use this device in environments where there is a danger of
explosion.
Do not plug this phone into an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN)
connection or into a regular Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)
connection. This can result in severe damage to the phone.
Never allow your telephone to come into contact with water.
When external power supply is used, it shall be connected to an easily
accessible socket outlet.
Use this product in temperatures between -5°C to +55°C (23°F to 131°F).
These products are intended for use in an indoor environment only.
The PoE (Power over Ethernet) devices that supply or receive power and
their connected cables must all be completely indoors.
Do not use headsets at high volumes for an
extended period of time, this may cause hearing loss. Always listen at moderate
levels.
Cleaning and disinfecting
Refer to document: “How to clean and disinfect Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise terminals”.
Wear gloves when cleaning products.
Do not use harsh chemicals such as bleach, peroxide, acetone, ethyl acid, methyl chloride, ammonia, or multi-purpose cleaners to clean plastic, metal, rubber, or screen surfaces.
Wipe products with a clean, dry, microfiber non-abrasive cloth.
Spray cleaning solution on the cloth before cleaning the product.
Use pre-moistened wipes or dampen (but do not wet) a soft sterile cloth with the approved agent. Never spray or pour chemical agents directly onto the device as the liquid may stain the product or seep inside and damage the hardware.
Do not allow liquid to pool.
ALE recommends using a 70% ethanol solution for all wired and wireless ALE terminals.
Daily disinfection: Up to 5 disinfections per day.
Extensive wiping during cleaning or disinfection may cause surface damage to the device.
ALE recommends assigning a dedicated wireless terminal to each employee rather than sharing shifts on terminals, as well as replacing the handset on wired terminals for each employee.
Power supplies
ALE-300, ALE-400, ALE-500: these products can be supplied by Power over Ethernet (POE) compliant with IEEE 802.3af class 1 minimum for ALE-300 and class 2 minimum for ALE-400/ALE-500, or by an USB Type C External Power Supply (EPS) with rating 5V DC, 3A minimum.
ALE-120: this product is supplied by ALE-300/400/500 Deskphone through USB port or by an USB Type C External Power Supply (EPS) with rating 5V DC, 3A minimum.
ALE-160: this product is charged by ALE-400/500 Deskphone when the handset is on-hook or by an USB Type C External Power Supply (EPS) with rating 5V DC, 0.2A minimum.
POE and USB Type-C EPS shall comply with IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 standard and relevant regulations/standards applicable in the country of intended use and shall also be certified as a Limited Power Source (LPS).
Battery
ALE-160 integrates a battery. There is a danger of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type. Use only the battery listed with the reference: 3ML37161AA (EN13300 3.7V 1.48Wh).

Des modifications

Les aimants peuvent nuire au fonctionnement des pacemakers et des
défibrillateurs cardiaques implantés. Garder une distance de sécurité d'au
moins 4 centimètres (1,6 pouces) entre votre pacemaker ou votre défibrillateur
implanté et le combiné qui contient des éléments magnétiques.
Pour limiter le risque d'interférence, les
personnes ayant un stimulateur cardiaque doivent garder le téléphone sans fil
loin du stimulateur cardiaque (distance minimale de 15 cm / 6 pouces).
Il est recommandé de suivre les consignes de sécurité des zones
sensibles aux ondes électromagnétiques (hôpitaux…).
Le combiné comporte des éléments magnétiques susceptibles d'attirer des objets
métalliques coupants. Pour prévenir toute blessure, vérifiez avant chaque
utilisation qu'aucun objet métallique coupant n'est collé sur l'écouteur et le
microphone.
Éviter d'utiliser les téléphones (autres que sans fil) en cas d'orage.
Il existe un risque de choc électrique avec la foudre.
Ne pas utiliser l'appareil dans des environnements présentant un risque
d'explosion.
Ne pas brancher ce téléphone à une prise ISDN (Integrated Services Digital
Network) ou PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network). Cela pourrait fortement
l'endommager.
Ne jamais mettre votre téléphone en contact avec de l'eau.

Porter des gants lors du nettoyage des produits.
Ne pas utiliser de produits chimiques agressifs tels que de la javel, du peroxyde, de l'acétone, de l'acide éthylique, du chlorure de méthyle, de l'ammoniac ou des nettoyants à usages multiples pour nettoyer les surfaces en plastique, en métal, en caoutchouc ou d'écrans.
Essuyer les produits avec un chiffon propre, sec, en microfibres et non abrasif.
Vaporiser la solution de nettoyage sur le chiffon avant de nettoyer le produit.
Utiliser des lingettes pré-humidifiées ou humidifier (mais ne pas mouiller) un chiffon doux et stérile avec l'agent agréé. Ne jamais pulvériser ou verser d'agents chimiques directement sur l'appareil, car le liquide peut tacher le produit ou s'infiltrer à l'intérieur et endommager le matériel.
Ne pas autoriser la mise en commun des liquides.
ALE recommande d'utiliser une solution d'éthanol à 70% pour tous les terminaux ALE câblés et sans fil.
Désinfection quotidienne : jusqu'à 5 désinfections par jour.
Essuyer de façon intensive lors du nettoyage ou de la désinfection risque d'endommager la surface de l'appareil.
ALE recommande d'attribuer un terminal sans fil dédié à chaque collaborateur plutôt que de partager les équipes sur les terminaux, ainsi que de remplacer le combiné des terminaux câblés pour chaque collaborateur.
Alimentations électriques
ALE-300, ALE-400, ALE-500 : ces produits peuvent être alimentés par une alimentation par Ethernet (POE) conforme à la norme IEEE 802.3af classe 1 minimum pour ALE-300 et classe 2 minimum pour ALE-400/ALE-500, ou par une alimentation externe USB Type C (EPS) de 5V CC, 3A minimum.
ALE-120 : ce produit est alimenté par le modèle Deskphone 300/400/500 d'ALE via le port USB ou par une alimentation externe (EPS) USB de type C d'une puissance de 5V DC, 3A minimum.
ALE-160 : ce produit est alimenté par le modèle Deskphone 400/500 d'ALE lorsque le combiné est raccroché ou par une alimentation externe (EPS) USB de type C de 5V DC, 0.2A minimum.

Magnete können die Funktion von Herzschrittmachern und Defibrillator
Implantaten beeinträchtigen. Halten Sie mindestens 4 cm Abstand zwischen Ihrem
Herzschrittmacher oder Defibrillator Implantat und dem Hörer, der magnetische

Zur Vermeidung von Störungen müssen

ALE empfiehlt die Verwendung einer 70%-igen Ethanol-Lösung für alle drahtgebundenen und drahtlosen ALE-Terminals.

Stromversorgung

Usar toallitas previamente humedecidas o humedecer (pero no mojar) un paño estéril suave con el agente aprobado. Nunca rociar o verter agentes químicos directamente sobre el dispositivo, ya que el líquido puede manchar el producto o filtrarse dentro y dañar el hardware.
No permitir que el líquido se acumule.
ALE recomienda usar una solución de etanol al 70% para todos los terminales alámbricos e inalámbricos de ALE.
Desinfección diaria: hasta 5 desinfecciones por día.

Batería
El ALE-160 integra una batería. Existe un peligro de explosión si la batería es reemplazada por un tipo incorrecto. Utilice solo la batería indicada con la referencia: 3ML37161AA (EN13300 3.7V 1.48Wh).

Spruzzare la soluzione detergente sul panno prima di pulire il prodotto.

Limpeza e desinfeção

Usar luvas ao limpar produtos.
Não utilizar produtos químicos agressivos como lixívia, peróxido, acetona, ácido etílico, cloreto de metilo, amoníaco ou produtos de limpeza multiusos para limpar superfícies de plástico, metal, borracha ou do ecrã.
Limpar os produtos com um pano limpo, seco e não abrasivo de microfibras.
Pulverizar solução de limpeza sobre o pano antes de limpar o produto.
Usar toalhetes húmidos ou humedecer (mas não molhar) um pano esterilizado macio com o agente aprovado. Nunca pulverizar ou derramar agentes químicos diretamente sobre o dispositivo, pois o líquido pode manchar o produto ou infiltrar-se no interior e danificar o hardware.
Não permitir a acumulação de líquidos.
A ALE recomenda o uso de uma solução a 70% de etanol para todos os terminais ALE com e sem fio.
